1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using Autonomy Health ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. Description of Service
Autonomy Health is a personal health diary app that allows you to:
- Track symptoms, medications, and appointments
- Generate health reports
- Access Premium features (optional paid subscription)
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Autonomy Health is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The App is for informational and tracking purposes only
- Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
- In case of emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number
- The AI Health Coach provides general information only - not medical advice
- We are not liable for any health decisions made based on App content
4. User Accounts
- You must be 13+ to use the App
- You're responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
- Don't share login credentials
5. Premium Subscription
Free Plan:
- Symptom tracking, medications, appointments
- CSV/JSON export
- Voice memos
Premium Plan (Monthly or Yearly):
- All Free features plus:
- AI Health Coach
- Advanced analytics
- Apple Health integration
- Lab result tracking
- PDF export
- Pattern detection
Billing:
- Subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store
- Auto-renewal unless canceled 24 hours before period ends
- Manage subscriptions in App Store Settings
- No refunds for partial periods
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Share false health information with healthcare providers
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App
- Share your account with others
- Use the App to harm yourself or others
7. Intellectual Property
- The App and all content are owned by Autonomy Health
- Your health data belongs to you
- You retain all rights to your personal information
8. Data Ownership
- You own all health data you enter
- You can export or delete your data anytime
- Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We provide the App "AS IS" without warranties
- We're not liable for any health outcomes or decisions
- We're not liable for data loss (maintain your own backups)
- Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
11. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime in Settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
