How do I get started?

After downloading the app:

1. Complete the onboarding questionnaire (optional but helpful)
2. Start logging your first symptom using the "+" button
3. Explore features like Timeline, Medications, and Appointments
4. Consider upgrading to Premium for AI insights and advanced features

Is my health data private?

Yes, absolutely. All your health data is stored exclusively on your device. We never access, sell, or share your health information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free includes:

• Unlimited symptom tracking
• Medications and appointments
• Voice memos
• Timeline view
• CSV/JSON export

Premium adds:

• AI Health Coach
• Pattern analysis
• Apple Health integration
• Lab result tracking
• PDF export
• Photo attachments
• Advanced analytics

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Autonomy Health Premium"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period.

How do I export my data?

To export your health data:

1. Open the app and go to Settings
2. Tap "Export Data"
3. Choose your format:
   • CSV - For spreadsheets (Free)
   • JSON - For technical users (Free)
   • PDF - Professional report for doctors (Premium)
4. Share or save the file

Can I use the AI Health Coach without Premium?

No, the AI Health Coach is a Premium-only feature. However, you can try Premium with our free trial (if available) to test it out before subscribing.

Does the AI Health Coach provide medical advice?

No. The AI Health Coach provides general health information and helps you understand your symptoms, but it does NOT diagnose conditions or recommend treatments. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Apple Health integration is available for Premium users:

1. Go to Settings → Wearables
2. Tap "Connect Apple Health"
3. Grant permissions for the data you want to sync
4. Your health data will appear in the Wearables tab

Can I backup my data?

Yes! Premium users can enable encrypted cloud backup:

• Settings → Backup → Enable Cloud Backup
• Choose iCloud or Google Drive
• Your data is encrypted before upload - we cannot access it

Free users can export CSV/JSON files manually for backup.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all data:

1. Open Settings in the app
2. Scroll to "Account"
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Why are notifications privacy-safe?

All our notifications use generic wording like "How are you feeling today?" instead of specific health references. This protects your privacy if someone sees your lock screen.

The app crashed / has a bug. What should I do?

Please contact us with:

• Description of the issue
• Steps to reproduce the problem
• Your iOS version and device model
• Screenshots if applicable

We'll investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
